Formerly the site of West Kent College’s Engineering department, this site was redeveloped as the new depot for Arriva Kent in Tunbridge Wells. The existing buildings were adapted to incorporate an engineering workshop with service pits, office and welfare facilities along with covered bus storage. A fuel filling point and bus wash was added to the external area and surface water drainage modified to suit.
