This interesting project involved the conversion of the former Land Registry Offices at the end of Lytham Green in Lytham, Lancashire. Works involved the partial demolition of the existing structure, an additional storey and re-cladding works to the existing concrete frame in order to comply with current U Value requirements. The end result formed the Head Office for Danbro, a prominent local contractor accounting firm, who also provided co-working space for small businesses with facilities including shared meeting spaces, a café and gym to meet the requirements of the modern working environment.
