This brownfield development is located within the heart of Milnrow adjacent the Metrolink Station. It provides 37 apartments and social space for independent young adults with autism. We provided consultancy design services including a compliant SuDS, substructure details utilising a vibro ground improvement technique and superstructure interface details with the timber frame package.
