The Riley Sixth Form Centre

This project comprised of the construction of a contemporary structure to link Senior Boys’ and Senior Girls’ Schools to provide a modern day working space for the School’s sixth form student. The work was sensitively undertaken to complement the existing Grade II listed buildings that make up the original parts of the school but also provide a bold glass-fronted, three-storey structure to define contemporary architecture. The surrounding space was also sensitively and successfully upgraded to create interesting and accessible routes to and from the building, effectively linking a number of key buildings within the site.
